Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. For the protection of your home/valuables and our employees, we are fully insured and bonded. We also conduct background checks/criminal checks on our employees. Our employees also sign a confidentiality agreement for your protection.
When do I pay for your services?
For all of our services the payment is due upon completing of service/job. We give you the flexibility of paying us by check, via your bank's bill pay system or simply make a credit card payment directly from our website.
Can I hire an employee of YML Services?
No. When you conduct business with YML Services, you become a client of the firm and our employees can't be hire directly by you. They sign a non-compete agreement with us.
Do I need to supply any products?
No. We provide all the equipment and products to conduct our services. We know how important it is to protect not only your business, but your visitors and customers as well. For that reason we also give you the opportunity to tell us what products you prefer we use. We may use green products at your request.
Would I always get the same employee to clean my House?
Yes, once the customer establishes a relationship with our employee, we'll do our best to keep the same employee for the length of the contract.
Do I have to be present the day of the service?No. We can perform our services at the time you prefer. We may arrange for before open or at the end of the business day.
